   Step 1:  Complete a dog or cat application:

   Step 2:  Fax it to the attention of "ADOPTION" at
               310-280-0470 - OR click submit online.

   Step 3:  If you don't hear from us within 24 hours,
               call us to confirm receipt at 310-837-MUTT.

If you haven't met the mutt or meow yet, after we review your application, we will schedule a meeting. Then when you are ready to finalize the adoption...

   Step 4:  Print and sign our Adoption Agreement. Please
               read this entire contract carefully:

   Step 5:  We will make sure your home is "mutt or meow                ready" and collect the signed Agreement and                tax-deductible adoption donation:
